How We Collect Information

We usually collect information directly from you when you call, visit the store, send an email, complete a form, book a service, purchase a product, approve work or use support. We may also receive information from an authorised business contact, service provider, payment provider, supplier or other person involved in delivering the service.

  • protect customers, accounts, devices, systems and the website from misuse, fraud or security incidents;
  • improve website content, service processes and measurement;
  • send service communications and, where permitted or consented, relevant marketing that can be opted out of; and
  • meet record-keeping, dispute, insurance, safety and legal requirements.

If required information is not provided, we may be unable to quote, confirm authority, complete the requested work or provide support safely.

When Information May Be Disclosed

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to staff and authorised service personnel, and to providers that support website hosting, cloud storage, communications, forms, payments, invoicing, project or support systems, analytics, security, delivery or other agreed services.

We do not publish customer personal information as a testimonial, review or case study without appropriate permission.

Overseas Processing

Some cloud, communications, support, analytics, security and payment providers may process or store information outside Australia. The countries involved depend on the provider and service in use and may change. Contact us before supplying information if you need details about the providers likely to handle a particular service.

Information may be held in business systems, email, service records, cloud platforms and secure physical records. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No online or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the service, support, warranty, accounting, dispute, security and legal purposes for which it is held. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it where appropriate and lawful.

Cookies, Analytics & Third-Party Links

The website may use essential cookies and analytics or advertising-measurement tools to understand page use, form events and campaign performance. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some site functions may be affected. Links to external websites, social networks, payment providers or other services are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices.

You may ask to access personal information we hold about you or request a correction. Contact us using the details below and describe the information concerned. We may need to verify your identity and authority before releasing or changing information. Access can be limited where an applicable law permits or requires it, and we will explain the reason where appropriate.
