Remote Help From My IT Shop
My IT Shop provides Australia-wide guided remote support using RustDesk when a customer is already speaking with the team. The customer downloads the remote support file, opens it, reads the RustDesk ID shown on screen and stays on the phone while the technician connects. My IT Shop does not ask for banking passwords or one-time login codes.
- Only download remote support from the My IT Shop help page while on the phone.
- Stop if a popup asks for banking details, gift cards or login codes.
- Simple restart, Wi-Fi, printer and email checks are listed before remote support.
